However, we acknowledge that not all payment methods are created equally, and it’s unfortunate that some come with additional charges. You can pay your assessments annually or quarterly, if you pay quarterly, payments are due by January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.

Low/No Cost Payment Options
- Online with Alliance Association Bank: Access AAB’s secure online payment portal at ALLIANCE ASSOCIATION BANK . There is no fee for paying with an eCheck, and you can choose to make a one-time payment, or set up a recurring schedule. Credit and Debit cards incur bank fees. - Bank Bill Pay: Use your personal bank’s bill pay system to schedule payments (fees may apply, depending on where you bank). Keep in mind you need to allow 10-12 days for mailing.
- Direct Debit: This is FREE service! To have your assessment automatically deducted, access the DIRECT DEBIT ENROLLMENT FORM. Return the completed form via email to : ACCOUNTING@THE-CPMS.COM or mail to CPMS.
Convenient Options
Make a secure and convenient payment through the FRONTSTEPS payment platform! To use this method, select “Resident Sign-In” or use the QR Code from your payment coupon. Please note that the convenience fees are charged by FRONTSTEPS:
